Payment, shipping and returns policy

To make your purchases easy and fast you can use different forms of payment:
1.- Credit or debit card: you can pay with VISA or MasterCard. Payment is made through the secure payment terminal of Servired. The payment gateway manages the encrypted data using the SSL security protocol, without PROTOCOL being able to access the data on the card at any time. Your purchase will be effective after receiving confirmation from the Bank.
2.- Bank transfer: During the payment process we will indicate the account in which you must make the deposit. Do not forget to indicate who is placing the order and the order number. Send shoponline@webprotocol.com the receipt and process the order immediately.
3.- Paypal. Log in with your Paypal account to make the payment.
All items are carefully checked before shipping, if the order arrives in poor condition please contact shoponline@webprotocol.com immediately and we will look for an urgent solution.

Can I return the order?
You have a period of ten working days from receipt of the product to communicate your return. To do so, get in touch with us by sending an e-mail to shoponline@webprotocol.com and we will tell you how to proceed.
In order to accept your claim you must meet the following requirements:
* The item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
* You must include a copy of the invoice or delivery note indicating the item or items returned and the reason for the return. Transportation costs in case of executing the return option will be at your expense.
